  • If he hasn't consented to it then yes it's rape. It would be rape if he went down on you while you were asleep and it would be rape if either one of you started screwing the other while asleep.
Of course, most people aren't going to scream rape if their bf/gf does this but yes it's rape unless there has been consent.
I have no issue with my guy giving me oral to wake me up and he has no issue with me blowing him to wake him up.
But we've also discussed this long ago and basically gave eachother blanket consent.
    But yes, leagally it's rape.
But it's also rape to have sex with someone that's been drinking even if they've consented because they aren't in their right mind so by that definition I have been raped and raped more times than I can count, and my guess is most sexually active people have too.

  • That's really a difficult question. First off, there is no current consent. But maybe if you had discussed it beforehand it would lean towards the more okay side. Also, if he wakes up and doesn't tell you no or says yes/he likes it, it's okay.

Although, it wouldn't be rape in any situation like this. Rape is by definition penetration. That means you would have to insert something into him for it to legally be rape. It could be classified as something else, such as sexual assault or something similar.

In my personal opinion, if he didn't consent it would be more lile rape because you're forcing a sexual act, even it it isn't legally rape. Although, it's probably going to be consensual in most cases.

  • It depends. If he consents to you doing it, then it's fine. Ask him if he's comfortable with it at some point, and if he says yes then go for it, and make sure to ask again every now and then to be sure the consent still stands. It's touchy though because he can't actually consent while asleep, so you'll have to get the consent before hand.

  • Technically, he isn't giving consent or in the right mind to refuse, but I have a feeling most guys (myself included) wouldn't mind if it was done by a woman we have sexual relations with.

Might be a good idea to pose the idea to him and see what he thinks. Like "imagine waking up to this" while you are going down to him and see how he reacts to that. I bet you he would approve. I know I would...

  • If you don’t have a notarized agreement for an induced wet dream, then you are a rapist. Just about any action between a man and woman now is rape in this litigious hysteria perpetrated by the feminists. Some feminist scientist claims that a sperm fertilizing and egg is cellular rape (can’t remember the ahol’s name).

  • Technically yes it is. Any sexual act without the express permission of the other party is considered rape.
If you are worried about it, just ask him.

  • Technically yes because there wasn't consent. But we'll just call orgasm post-sex acknowledgement of consent, lol.

  • your sucking his dick without permission, so yes it is rape, you should always have his permission beofre hand, so unless he tells you its ok for you to do that whenever, then its rape and you shouldn't do it

  • Well unless you broke into his room, pulled back the covers, removed his skivves and began sucking on his penis and he became outraged over it, I doubt he is going to complain.

  • If he likes it says it is okay, then it is not rape.

  • Technically you are raping him, but he is not going to report on you anytime soon. :)

  • I know some dudes will be like "I would love this". What if it was a guy that was sucking your dick whilst you're sleeping?

  • Technically, it would be sexual assault if you don’t have consent. I’ve never heard of any guy make a complaint or file a police report about it. After the first time I did it, he said I have his consent to do that anytime I want. My mouth is his favorite alarm clock.

  • by the letter of the law, yes. But obviously context matters and almost no guy would ever actually complain about it.

  • Yes and no lmao hard to explain

  • It technically is, but if he agreed before sleeping, nah

  • If my boyfriend ever thought it was rape then I guess I'm a proud rapist lol

    • 😂😂😂omg funniest thing I've read all day

    • Just imagine if a man say that !

  • That is the modt delicious way to be gently awaken... wish more girls would do that.

  • No, I don't think it is. Assuming you're already in a sexual relationship with the guy then it's just a harmless surprise.

  • It is technically rape, but personally I dont care because there is no better way than waking up to a bj ☺️

  • It coul be rape, because when he is in sleep you can't ask his permission first.

But if this is your boyfriend I don't think he will be mad, quite happy probably, but if this is some random dude you just saw sleeping somewhere, yeah, it is rape.

  • Yes.

  • Pretty easy to ask a guy ahead of time if he's ok with this or not. Most guys probably are, I sure as hell am.

  • Not if he's told you in the past that would be okay. Otherwise, yes, that's technically rape.

  • Nah, that's the quickest way to get a ring on your finger though.
