No intim life for a year?

Last time i slept with my boyfriend a year ago... and then we broke up and i am still single...
Where i live now-i dont like local guys...(its a small town, where all good guys r married, single only those who alcoholics and not my types...
I have to live in this town at least a year...
Should i search in other cities for the guy i like... but i dont think someone would want to date me when i am so far away...
Or have no intim life for another year?
For me, its better to stay alone, than be witth someone i dont have chemistry for, so, dont advice me to look for local guys...

I haven't been in a relationship or had sex in 6 years. If you really do want to get laid or be in a relationship then yeah, go ahead on look in nearby cities. It can't hurt. As long as it isn't way too far away things should work out fine. My personal limit on distance is over a 45 minute drive, but that's just me. One time I drove 2 1/2 hours to meet a girl I had been talking to for 3 years at the time.

By that I meant that both of you have the financial resources, aka cash, to travel frequently enough to spend enough time together to see if the relationship has legs.

Look for guys out of your area. There are people who are willing to date someone who lives an hour or two away, even more. I just started seeing a guy who lives 3 hours away. We met through online dating and really hit it off and decided to meet up. I'm so glad I increased my distance limits or I would not have met such a great guy.

Simply put your better waiting the year out. If a man is willing to come out there for you, great, but you don't need to be actively looking for a relationship, it will just stress you out.
