Do they still have bastard bonds these days? In the olden days, if a guy raped a woman, he wouldn't get much of a punishment unless she was important. However, if he got her pregnant he would have to work to provide her and the child. If he doesn't, they would sell him as a slave and make him work.
Now you have a few options, have an abortion as soon as possible, or give birth to your child and go to court and get mandatory child support from your boyfriend, or you can also give your child up for adoption. Take your pick, because it's too late to go back now.
If you don't want the kid, abort. Also you could sue him since it's a kind of rape. I'd definitely sue him on your place.

It's like as if he took off the condom without her consent. Just that he perforated it, instead of taking it off. Everything could be rape if it happens without the consent of both partners.

One could argue wether its a form off rape but, get rid off the baby if you dont want it or dont have the time or moeny to support it and break up with him.(what i would do if i were you, get rid off the child without his knowledge, break up and report it to the police or so because it is a form off rape.
