My boyfriend tricked me into pregnancy, what do I do now?

I was on the pill but one day I couldn't take the pill because I was throwing up constantly. So I asked my boyfriend to wear a condom, after we had sex I saw that he actually made holes in the condom. I confronted him but he said it just broke. It's obvious he was lying. Anyway, a month later now I found out that I'm pregnant. I feel totally devastated for being tricked into this. I don't know what to do now

It's like as if he took off the condom without her consent. Just that he perforated it, instead of taking it off. Everything could be rape if it happens without the consent of both partners.

One could argue wether its a form off rape but, get rid off the baby if you dont want it or dont have the time or moeny to support it and break up with him.(what i would do if i were you, get rid off the child without his knowledge, break up and report it to the police or so because it is a form off rape. Because you didn't want to get pregnant)
