Is Asian fetish a real thing?

NOTE: I know there's a fetish for literally everything. But are there men out there that only specifically go for Asian women? Typically, I'm referring to Asian-Americans/Canadians (not from the mainland). Do they have distinct features that you're attracted to? If this applies to you, or someone you know, please share!

This includes: Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Filipino, etc

I know that you’re taking about Asian-Americans/Canadians, but I’ll give you my story.

I’m a white American, and literally every American girl I’ve asked out (somewhere around 8-9) rejected me (including one Asian-American). After being rejected so many times in a row, it got to the point where I said “fuck it!” and tried asking out some Asian foreign exchange girls at my university. I finally got some yeses.

I’ve technically dated only Asian girls (3 Chinese and 2 Vietnamese girls), but I don’t consider it a fetish, since I’m not exclusively attracted to Asian girls. If American girls are just going to reject me, I’m going to move to non-American girls; the vast majority of non-American girls around me are from Asia. It’s that simple.

My girlfriend is from Xi’an, China and I’m really happy with our relationship. My friends and family jokingly tell me I have “Yellow Fever,” but it really doesn’t bother me.

Asian women are attractive in ways that other women will never be. Their physical features, facial features make them unique from other women. This goes for all woman. All races and ethnicities have something that makes them exotic and uniquely attractive.

For me, I don't meet a lot of Asian women, and the ones I do I find immediately attractive because they are exotic, new. White, black, hispanic aren't any less attractive, but I see them all the time.

I'm ethnic Asian (at least half of me is). I don't think it's a fetish as much as it's an attraction or, for some guys, maybe even a preference. The guys I've dated have never expressed a particular interest in the fact I come from Asian stock. There are a lot of stereotypes about Asian girls that just don't bear up if you were born and raised in the United States. Examples are: the idea that Japanese women are deferential and submissive (not really true, even in Japan); that Japanese women are all short and petite (I am, but there are lots of Japanese and other Asian women who are long, tall drinks of water); that we wimper and cry during sex (happens only when we get a leg cramp IRL); or that we're inventive when it comes to ways to torture. I'm curious as to what the guys say.

There's definitely some preference towards Asian women and white women for a lot of guys out there, and the same could be said that women find white men the most attractive
