For one, girls have erogenous zones spread out all across their bodies. Guys basically only have one major one. A guy who knows all the zones can do just fine, but that's something that takes a bit of research and experience to get.

For two, biologically speaking, the female orgasm really doesn't serve a purpose. Male ejaculation is required in order to reproduce, so if that was hard to reach, it would compromise the survival of our species. Female orgasms may feel good, but even if female orgasm was never reached, we would still survive.

For three, a lot of girls can't orgasm from sex. Most guys can. Even if both people have no idea how to get the other person off, the guy could still likely come from just having sex with her. For her to orgasm, the guy would have to know how to get her there.

For four, lack of communication leads to a problem with point three. Like I said, making the guy come isn't usually a problem because she can generally get him there by just spreading her legs. However, if he doesn't know what she likes, doesn't like, and she doesn't communicate with him, then he may never figure out how to get her there. Some women would rather fake it than talk with him about it.

Because for girls, an orgasm is mostly a mental thing. Girls have to be brought to the right emotional state where they feel connected and safe and confident. A guy can orgasm no matter what's going on in his head.

Because we are different and our bodies are different. For the guy just sucking, or stroking by hand or in the vagina his penis will get him off. For us girls it takes a bit more stimulationg because it is our clit and g spot that are our main stimulis areas and just the movement of of penis in our vagina will not necessarlly hit those spots so it takes a bit of extra work to get us orgasming.

Ermm, it isn't really that difficult for me. It all matters on how you do it, how fast you get into the whole thing etc.

My "routine" is as follows:

1. Start with making out, getting feely.

2. After 5 - 10 minutes get more touchy, do some fingering etc.

3. Go down on her after another 5 - 10 minutes of step 2. for 2 - 3 minutes

4. Have sex.

5. She'll orgasm and so will you ;)
