Guys, What Does It Mean When A Guys Says This?

I was just curious about something this guy I had been seeing for about two years or so told me, after saying that he loves what we do together in the friends with benefits sense, after we had an amazing night together, yesterday.

He told me that he would talk to me soon, when he droppes me off at home and then, later in the night, we had a texting conversation about birth control where he'd said this... (Screenshot below)

When I asked if he wanted to talk about a repeat performance, he suggested we "Plan on it."

I hope this means that he is excited and wants to see me again because I want to see him in this way. If you could offer any advice or insight, I would sincerely appreciate it. Thank you so much! Stay warm! :)
