I think if you and the person you are sleeping with have had a conversation about it so you can talk about whether it is something that they wouldn't mind or not. Consent is definitely super important. Though you can have a conversation about it before hand. Of course making sure your partner is still into it in the moment is a must. I tend to be a night owl while my partner has to be up early. Often before bed I’ll ask about his alarm time. At that point he can let me know if he is open to the “girlfriend alarm”. In the morning if I get all snuggly and he rolls over I know he really needs that extra 20 minutes of sleep. This situation only works for us as we have been together for a long time though. We know each other’s unspoken language well. It would make me pretty uncomfortable early on in a relationship.
