I think I have some bad news for you. This is something that cannot be changed. A 2incher going on to grow to 5incher can be quite dangerous. It is very common, overmore, those 2 inches can become even smaller depending on room temperature and other circumstances.
A flaccid penis is a horrible indicator of real size when it matters.
When flaccid, in a cold environment and when dehydrated (drunk?) my penis can be less than 2 inches. My normal full erect size is a bit more than seven inches.
Generally, a guy who's penis is small when flaccid, has a fairly large penis when erect.
I don't remember the exact reasons why that is, but I read it in a study one time.
I'm on average 5 inches flaccid and 7 inches hard, but it's not uncommon for me to be around 2 inches flaccid, but still 7 inches hard.

Very normal. The penis can grow quite a bit from flaccid to erect. Having said that.. Some dudes grow more, while others grow less.

No, it's very natural. Just how it works. It is a muscle and muscles grow when you flex them, sometimes emmensally. Take your tongue for example, inside your mouth it's short and mushy, but when you stick it out it's very hard and grows at least a few inches.
