My boyfriends penis is very small when it is flaccid but not when its errect?

I think I have some bad news for you. This is something that cannot be changed. A 2incher going on to grow to 5incher can be quite dangerous. He would surely lose his erection prowess soon enough and he might start to face internal blessings leading to the breakage of aterteries resulting in shrinkage and a dead penis in the end. Either you help him find a doctor or just leave him once he reaches that stage.

It is very common, overmore, those 2 inches can become even smaller depending on room temperature and other circumstances.

A flaccid penis is a horrible indicator of real size when it matters.

When flaccid, in a cold environment and when dehydrated (drunk?) my penis can be less than 2 inches. My normal full erect size is a bit more than seven inches.

Generally, a guy who's penis is small when flaccid, has a fairly large penis when erect.

I don't remember the exact reasons why that is, but I read it in a study one time.

I'm on average 5 inches flaccid and 7 inches hard, but it's not uncommon for me to be around 2 inches flaccid, but still 7 inches hard.

That's pretty normal. He's what's called a "grower" as opposed to a "shower." Growers are guys whose penises lengthen and get markedly bigger when they get hard. Showers are guys who, when they get hard, don't really get that much bigger. Growers are more common.

No, it's very natural. Just how it works. It is a muscle and muscles grow when you flex them, sometimes emmensally. Take your tongue for example, inside your mouth it's short and mushy, but when you stick it out it's very hard and grows at least a few inches.

Nope it's just that he's a grower and not a shower! I'm also a grower I'm about 3" flaccid and 6.75" when erect! Some guys are 6" flaccid but are still 6" when erect.

No. That is called a "grower". You have two types of penises, ones that show and ones that grow. Ones that show are close to their full erect state.

That's really normal. It's impossible to tell how big or small a penis is when it's flaccid. You can't really get an accurate measurement like that either.

Very normal. The penis can grow quite a bit from flaccid to erect. Having said that.. Some dudes grow more, while others grow less.
