In fact, like any other clothing, lingeries has purpose - being comfy, or (/and) being sexy.

Comfy - only you know what you like.
Sexy - well, again, like any other clothing, it is not the same for every woman and changes we the body types (and fetishes).
All the specific things one might tell you - lace, holes, transparent parts, length etc. are just different means to emphasize the strong sides of your body.

So if you don't know what look sexy on you, I have to advices for you:
1. Go with your partner to by something you both like.
2. Ask the seller what makes you look sexiest, and fit your body shape.

Pink or black panties - or leopard or tiger pattern, lace as a general rule, with straps and stockings. Makes me drool when my girlfriend comes out of the bedroom in underwear like that. Im a fan of the type that's sort like a nightgown in the sense that it covers their entire torso and a pair of shorts. Black is my favorite choice for sure but that typically looks fantastic on the pale skinned women I usually date. And see through is great but only when it's juuuuuust barely. leaving most of it to the imagination

Lacy stuff, like bras and panties, garter belts and stockings or pantyhose, satin or silk teddies or simple nighties. I dunno, my tastes in sexy lingerie are pretty simple, I guess. Whatever looks good on her, really. As far as color goes, black or red, but whatever.
