well yeah the tighter ones are tigher and the looser ones are more loose xD being tighter equals to more stimulation. more stimulation=more pleasure. that's the difference. however "tightness" is not just a thing you come with and that you're stuck with.

Loose means less friction which means less simulation for everybody. However, loose and tight are relative to the penis size.
