I believe women should be able to feel free with out lawful persecution to go topless when ever they feel like but only where its socially and lawfully accepted for men to be topless too. So sorry girls not titty floppin on the dance floor or to get a promotion at work. This does include breast feeding as well. Sure at first most girls would be self conscious but men are too going shirtless in public. Sure it will take time to get used to. But this is a decent step to showing that women are equal to men (set aside the obvious fact that this isn't the biggest issue that needs dealt with to make women equal). I feel like if we were to clear this up, it would help a lot of women with their confidence and freedoms. So give me your opinion, reply with your numbered answers to this list, please: 1. Do you think it should be federally legal for women to be able to choose to be topless when and where men can? 2. Do you believe in it enough to sign a petition to help change the law? 3. On the contrary, I’m of the belief that we shouldn’t be aloud to go topless at all, and women get the one free pass of breastfeeding. The only exception would be if you literally do not have any kind of shirt for one reason or another. Now to go down your list here

1. While I believe neither gender should really be able to, it would only be fair to say yes

2. Not only am I too young to sign such a petition, I wouldn’t care enough about the subject to go out and sign it in the first place

3. These laws are pretty much applicable to every town and city in the US, so yeah, I’d say I am

4. While I am not a girl, if I had the same morals, values, and opinions that I do now and was a girl, I absolutely would not.

5. Again, if I was a woman and held the same morals, values, and opinions, I think this would change damn-near nothing towards gaining equality, especially when you consider that you basically already have it.

When I touch my girls tits, they're very sensitive and it turns her on. I become sexually aroused when I touch them and see them. I don't want my girl walking out in public with her tits hanging out because they're huge and very attractive, and I don't want other men looking at her like that. It would set her up to be in a position of being sexually harassed. We as men do not have mammary glands, and there is a biological difference there. That's why it's not sexist and it has nothing to do with equality. If a girl wants to walk around in public with her tits hanging out, then I'd think she is tacky. There should be a sense of etiquette when out in public.

Also, I value your point. i dont think your girlfriend would just walk around topless if she's not single first off. Plus I dont think many girls would walk around like that, or be running, cuz big boobs without support can really hurt a girls back. So big boob girls would probably do it mostly while sun bathing is all. But you do make a good point, however im not saying she would be forced to do it haha, but has the freedom to choose to. Free to be nude in regional parks or on beaches any beach in NewZealand. just dont do anything obscene or offensive and choose your spot carefully. you wouldn't want to be near by a young family tanning and swimming nude it could be asking for complaints even though the police can't do anything about it as its not breaking law.

I wouldn't walk around the streets on a daily basis with my breasts on show. but i do strip off freely at the right beach/regional park an gym/swimming pool change room and backyard . im pretty comftable in my own body

I've had girls change infront of everyone while camping. Some girls are just completely open about thier bodies. I sleep nude, its the best feeling. I've actually talked girls into it which now most of the time will. Its a great feeling.

I'd rather that nobody was topless in public except for on beaches or around swimming pools. The exception being breastfeeding, but being topless is not required for that.

Only 3 states in the U. S can a woman get arrested for it, only 13 states can a woman do it without worry from the law. The other states, can't exactly arrest you for it, but often times cops can arrest you for something simular to it so its basically the same thing. They usually ask the person to cover herself first.

There was a case here in NewZealand recently at a music festivlle where topless ness was encourage and a chick had her boob innocently grabbed by a guy she didn't know.. long story short she smacked him in the face. She cried for equality and the right to bare her breast without being sexualised and that he assulted her so she had the right to hit him back. The law saw her point as the right one as she was only topless and not using them as something sexual to draw attention... there's was easily over 3000 nude men and women around the festivile that was the only incident.
