My advice would be to go down on her as long as possible without her coming, or even coming, cause she will be very lubricated and prepare for penetration, and first time she won't come by penetration. It would work aswell to have a drink before.
And lot of foreplay.

Great advice , i would probably do so and as you say if she don't come by penetration should i go down on her again to make her come? as at least to give her some orgasm pleasure her first time as well because i know i will enjoy it but i don't want her to just feel pain the first time :/

There will be blood and some pain after penetration so i would prefer her to come before it. She can come once, and you can continue giving oral a bit more till she is close to the second orgasm, then you stop and try penetration.

Depends on the girl, but generally it is very painful and not that enjoyable. All you can do is take it slow, make sure she is fully aroused before penetration and use lubrication.
