Um, I believe there is a rule for a one night stand and various steps that comes with it, for women and men.

#1RULE: No mind games! Be clear of what you want.

*Dress in a seductive way that doesn't look to revealing (you gotta look like a high standard person to attract high standard sex partners).

*Be aware of your body language (in your case, consciously be very femenine, and evoque your sexy actitude).

* Flirt (your way).

* Have at least 3 condoms ( in your case, ad to that birth controll pills).

STEPS:

1. Be clear with who you wanna have sex (which type of person). Even if it will be casual, it doesn't mean you are gonna have sex with anyone.

2. Once you're clear with step 1, think on the place you might actually find that type of person.

3. Go for it! ( knowing that things can go wrong: STD infection, unwanted pregnancy).

Whether a guy is hot or not, he will most likely be open for a one night stand if he is not the person who has some value issues and other life rule kind of thing in his life. You can always start with a friendly conversation and you don't need to go for a coffee or anything. I don't do hookups here in my country anymore because it is not easy. You can always involve some sexual topics while you are having a conversation with him.
