I chose multiple times a day. I wouldn't say it's a strong urge in general though. For me at least there's levels of horniness. And like I said usually it's 'average level' and that might increase depending on the context of the situation.
However sometimes I get extremely horny. To the point where I can't think or concentrate properly without doing anything. All I can think of is that. I think that's probably how a lot of teenage boys feel in a day to day basis (or so I imagine).
It can happen once every couple of days, or once a day or for a multiple times of a day. Sometimes I act upon and do the needful activities while sometimes I tend to be busy else where.
