I cannot begin to describe my level of disgust and dislike right now after reading what I just read. Honestly, some human beings are just significantly selfish and insensitive that it baffles me. You should tell him what you’ve done and then if he is some semblance of a quality man, he should leave you. You should’ve tried to talk more about your issues and desires to your boyfriend and you should’ve also had more self-control and self-restraint. It’s not a good indicator of character for a human being to give in to their impulses. It doesn’t show good self control. Also, it’s not good to be disloyal to someone you’ve been in a relationship with for 5 years. You are disloyal, selfish, lack self-control, insensitive, and lack self-restraint. You’re not a good person at all for what you’ve done.

I'm sure you boyfriends cares about you very much and appreciate how he treats you, but you're not being very fair or faithful to him. If you were that unsatisfied, you should've just broken up with him. Cheating on him with another person doesn't help him but only you, and you'll have to live with that as long as you're still with him. He'd be very devastated if he were to find out on his own, so if you care about him, you'll tell him the truth yourself. If he doesn't like it, it can't be helped and you'll just have to end it. If he still cares about you and you still care about him, maybe you'll both agree to want to change something to work this out (I'd suggest going to see a sex therapist to see what you can do to spice up your sex life together).
