There’s a lot more I value (being healthy, funny, intelligent) and just having a decent paying job is fine, but I’d prefer the 6 digits if we were a long term, marriage heading relationship. If I had kids I’d want several (2 or 3), and a better paying job would mean providing better for my children. (I would be expected to have a good paying job as well, I really like shoes).
