Should I sleep with my first cousin?

She kissed me on the lips once and ever since I got the thought in my head that I would like to sleep with her. She doesn't have a boyfriend and I think her mom is possessive because she has epilepsy. I would like to satisfy her, like orally and how ever she wants, on the regular so she can be happy and satisfied and would also like to sometimes just sleep next to her and cuddle with her, I think she is my favorite cousin and she is very dear to me. I would also do to her whatever is she wishes me to do and no matter for how long.
What are your thoughts about this and should I consider doing this, I think it would be very nice to have sex with her and play with her, we would be just like kids playing. I know it is incest and I feel it is kind of wrong but somehow this fact also attracts me.
