Yes, it's normal. Nearly all guys like it, nearly all girls do to. it's just a super common bit of human sexuality. It's not actually a kink, it's just normal.

A boyfriend, especially if he is much older at all, is naturally in a "father replacement" role to some degree. Calling him daddy is recognition of the power dynamic (or a pretending of one) that both parties tend to like, a lot.
