After he cums, it's gonna drip out, and the wetter you are, the quicker it will drip out. Cum can't fight gravity very well. If he suffers from low T, it can happen like that, but if he has low T, he can't get it up several times at night. The body replenishes testosterone when it rests, so the morning boner is the strongest a guy has all day long. It would be too complex of a situation to figure out or explain if he is not cumming.

you can't really feel throbbing or wetness like people say. It normally obvious by the noises he makes and how thrusts when he does.

First of all, if you're having sex without a condom then you can still get pregnant whether he cums inside you or not.
Secondly, cum doesn't just magically disappear. If he came inside you then that cum would come out at some point, especially if its happened this many times.
I beg that you start using condoms. Clearly neither of yiu are remotely mature enough to start having children!
