What does secret entail?
I don't generally tell people about my sex life but I don't consider it a secret either?
And then there is kinks and fetishes people may have different understandings of what is normal and what is into kinks and fetish territory
I personally very much like oral sex I just consider that part of normal sex but some might say it is a kink or fetish where others again would consider it so vanilla it isn't even worth mentioning

To what degree the fetish/kink is, is up for debate. Some may be so far out there that they border on entering another galaxy to a lot of people. Others, many people might think, that's no big deal.
