Sexual Health Can I be pregnant from “naked grinding” in a pool?

So a couple days ago, my boyfriend and I were in the pool. We were in our bathing suits but he pulled out his penis from his trunks and I had to slightly take off my bottoms for this to happen. We had to be elevated just a little so we could touch. I'm not really sure if I was wet or not cause I was in chlorinated water and he never touched the inside of my vagina with his fingers or his penis. He did not cum. He didn’t pre-cum either. He’s been telling me that he “paid attention” and “looked down” on what was happening the whole time to make sure there was no pre cum because I’ve been told that guys can’t feel pre cum. So only his shaft was touching my vulva and he was dry. He also told me that he peed before coming to my house and didn’t masturbate the whole day. But after grinding, we went back to swimming in the pool. Is there still a possibility of pregnancy? I don’t have any signs except bloating. But could that just be an upcoming period? You’re probably gonna say I’m uneducated. But there’s nothing wrong with asking and getting educated of this type of thing. I’ve been paranoid of something like this before and that’s when I had got on a birth control implant for almost a month. Not to mention before I took it out, I had a heavy period which is not supposed to happen on the implant. Unfortunately, it messed with my feelings towards my boyfriend and made me really depressed so I took it out ASAP. It’s been a month since that has happened. I’m suppose to get my period starting now or these next few days. Is there a possibility that the implant could have messed with my cycle and that’s why I’m not really getting my period? Or am I just really stressed about this situation. I apologize for the long paragraph but when I do get on birth control, what do you think would be the best option? I want to find something that won’t change my feelings towards my boyfriend and will not boost unnecessary hormones into me and make me depressed. Thank you for your time :)

My period came 3 days late. I thought it was implantation bleeding at first because of paranoia but I’ve been having horrible cramps. TMI, my period blood looks normal. It’s bright red but not a lot of blood. Which can be because of me stressing out. (I went through this paranoia 2 months ago too) I’ve also been feeling nauseous but not even coming close to throwing up. Though, I only feel that way when I think about a baby being inside of me. Can this just be my mind messing with me?

Period lasted about 3 days. The 3rd day, my period was not a lot but it was still happening. A day went past and it was fine but then today, I experienced a brown discharge which made me freak out at first because I thought it was implantation bleeding but isn’t that supposed to happen before your period? I already got mine though. I think. What could this be? The next following week, I’m going to be put on birth control (pills) and I’ll ask my doctor what this is a cause of.
