Why do people think it’s racist because I’m not sexually attracted to and won’t date black men? (I’m bi and have no problems with black women.)?

So here goes I’m not racist and have friends or every ethnicity gender and sexual orientation. That being said I’ve just never been attracted to black males. I mean I like what I like. Recently I brought this up and had a black man go off on me calling me racist. First off I’m bi and have no problem dating black females and actually find them to be very attractive. I’m not sure what I don’t like but in general I tend to prefer men who are more feminine looking and something about black men had always seemed like extra Uber masculine to me. Just my theory... but like if I’m watching porn and there is a black man in the scene I can’t even get into it and have to put something else on. What do you think?

What turns us on is not something that we consciously select, It seems that we are hardwired at the factory and those original settings don't get changed.

Racism implies a deliberate and conscious attitude that says one race is inferior to another. Not being attracted doesn't mean that you have consciously decided that black people are inferior.

This is just one more effort by the PC crowd to police our thoughts and, once more, they have gone too far!

Having a preference doesn't make you racist. Some people just like to throw out the racist card any chance they get. People need to grow up. I'm sure that the guy who went off on you has preferences to that could be considered offensive to certain people. Some people just like confrontation. I dont date Black men due to cultural and personality issues.

I grew up in GA and they treated all women as 2nd or 3rd class citizens, only good for sex, making babies, and arm candy. Oh, and as punching bags when they are not happy with Life.

I know not all black men are that way, but I too have no desire to date them.

Like I said I know a lot of white guys who would be interested in Black women but are afraid to approach them... like they are afraid that black women don’t want to date outside their race or just want a BBC and because of that it seems that a lot of black women believe white guys are not attracted to them.
