Yes, it matters to some guys but not to others. Same as dick size matters to some girls and not to others. Most guys would probably like a girl to have SOME boobs rather than none at all, just as most girls would like a guy's dick to be above 4 inches at the VERY least.

What I mean is: I will date a girl, no matter what size they are, but I actually prefer smaller ones. It's not a requirement, though.
