Do you use the head or foot board of your bed during sex?

We are getting a new bed for my wife's and mine first home. Our last bed had no head board or foot board.

The headboard just makes a bunch if noise thumping the wall though you can grab the top and use it for lecerage. The footboard doesn't ever cross my mind really.
