I gave an Asian girl I know some advice on how to get a bigger butt. She did the same exercises that you mentioned, but it's probably down to diet because when she went back to her country, when she came back she had a big ass. A month or so later... it was gone.

It usually just comes down to calorie intake, but you will want anything with adequate protein and healthy fats. I don't eat much either, so when I was training to build mass, I just drank healthy calorie dense shakes.
