Do you have a sexual fantasy that you would NEVER want to experience in real life?

I have a strong suspicion that many people have sexual fantasies that they would never seek in real life. Many women will admit that they have a "rape" fantasy but I really don't think many women actually want to get raped. Some people fantasize about having sex in a place where they could be discovered and it seems exciting. but they are never going to take a chance on doing something that might actually get them arrested. Many guys fantasize about threesomes but we also know that can expose an otherwise good relationship to extreme and potentially fatal stress. If it was a MFM threesome, I would be grossed out being naked with another guy. If it was a FMF threesome, I would feel horribly guilty about asking my partner to do that for me, so. . . it will never happen. I have a theory that fantasy gives us an opportunity to "experience" something - even if it is just in our fantasy life - so that we can get some idea of how that might feel before we actually do it. That would give us the foresight to avoid doing something that would be a horrible mistake. I have been so angry at a boss that I fantasized about killing her but just having the fantasy vented some of my frustration with her. . . and then I also realized how absolutely awful I would feel if I ever did anything like that so, of course, it just remained a fantasy. Do you have a fantasy that will forever remain just a fantasy, something that you would turn down if you were given the opportunity to make it happen in real life?

I've always eventually regretted the times I've shared partners. I used to think that there was something wrong with monogamy. I was young and thought it was unnatural to be exclusive to another and that such people were weak, confused, brainwashed, or possibly mentally ill. I began to really enjoy defying any societal norm I could, especially within the context of a relationship and especially with anything sex. I'd always feel so sure it was what I wanted but in hindsight it's virtually always been a mistake. I lost a marriage over this.

The results of the poll are almost exactly as I'd have predicted.

Women, as a rule, seem to have far more active imaginations than men do, when it comes to this kind of thing. Men, on the other hand, are far more likely to actually want to act on their fantasies.

It's one of the reasons I think porn addiction is so bad. Men derive fantasies from external sources like that, and want to carry them out.

I think, on this site, very few people really understand this properly.

Yes definitely, there are thoughts and fantasies that I find very hot that I would never consider in real life. That's part of what makes them fantasies to me rather than just a "to do" list!

Not really, I have WILD fantasies but u also have a strong moral compass. So all my fantasies are within the limits of what would be called wild but normal n morally okay as in with consenting parties. I would widen it out a bit - I would probably want to do all my sexual fantasy but I have sexual negative fantasies/nightmares usually the common insecurity of losing my partner to someone else.
