Guys is it normal to sexually fantasize about a girl you’re crushing on? and how often?

There’s this friend of mine who has a huuugeee crush on me and he told me so many times before that he fantasizes about me a lot and pictures himself f***ing me. Is this normal? And a girl friend of mine told me that it’s a thing that guys might picture their crush while masturbating to get off. Is it? Like would your mind automatically picture your crush when you’re getting off to a porn scene lol? Does he probably do that? Also he had sexual dreams of me a while back and told me he’d rather sleep with me than anyone else because he’s in love and that he wants to do it all day everyday. Ik it’s a bit weird lol but do you think he fantasizes about me during porn? Ps. He’s a few years younger than me so he’s 18 lol

    A crush should be just an emotional thing
    Anything more than that is just being thirsty, like almost everyone else, this guys was just honest about it
    How do you expect it to go if you actually gave him a chance?
    The thought of "this guy I'm with has been fapping about me for months" just sounds weird and unsettling for me I don't know haha
