I have never felt anything different in those "styles". We feel everything inside not the lips. Remember, the majority of a penises nerves are in the head. Some men can only feel "tight, wet, warm". Others a bit more. Think of it this way. The first knuckle of your finger with the nail, has most of the nerves. The closer to the hand, the less nerves. The base usually can only feel "warm, wet, tight" sensations.

Not really. I suppose if the labia was large enough, it could get pushed into the canal causing more pressure directly at the entrance. It wouldn't be much of a difference.
