For biological reasons. Women can start a relationship easily, since they are the ones who make possible in part our human existence. They have the fertile soil, we have the seed that sprout in them. However, they have major disadvantages that can potentially ruin their life, or make it more difficult (that will depend of how each women view it).

1) Women are the ones who deal with pregnancy in first hand, which means that having easy access to sex can be an advantage for them, not so choosing the wrong partner, get pregnant and been dumped, or not knowing who the father of the child is.

2) Women are more prone to suffer depression in relationships due to hormonal imbalance, and to suffer gender violence. It means they can have plenty of relationships, that doesn't equal having quality of relationships.

3) Another disadvantage they got has to do with STD. More partners means a higher chance of getting infected with a STD.
