At least B to DD. Sorry, those E and F pictures are NOT E and F! I used to know a girl with DDD's and they were MUCH bigger than the F's you have here!! Her daughter was a DD cup by the time she was 16 and they were just about the size of your E.
Anyway, it's not so much the size, for me, as the shape. I prefer tits that defy gravity without a bra. They look like perfectly smooth mounds on her chest rather than sacks of fat just hanging there or flappy tits that, if she was on her back, you could use as paper weights.

If she is short and has very skinny arms and legs then I would choose A, but if she has an athletic build I would choose B. A only looks good to me if she is like 5' 4" or smaller, but B can look good all the way up to 5' 8" or maybe 5' 10".
