What’s your reaction when you find out that your bf/gf is fit?

Let’s just say for girls, how’s your reaction when you find out your boyfriend has been sporting a 6-pack all this while?

For guys, how’s the reaction you get from your gfs when they find out you’re ripped?

For the most part I don't wear super tight clothing and look like a geeky nerd so when my girlfriend found out it was awesome having her just touch me out of curiosity. She poked my abs once but assumed I was just lanky/super skinny when she felt little fat.

Honestly no one ever really asks about my fitness and when guys around me do talk about they gym they are usually just starting or have different goals than me. They also look at me like I don't know what i'm talking about or weirdly when I start naming exercises or jargon.
Although I will say I am a bit of an outlier because most gym guys will let a girl in some way shape or form show off his body.

If I found out my girlfriend was into exercising It would be awesome in as sense that I know she can take care of herself, but if her workouts were drastically different I might just not work out with her normally.
More likely I would compromise and suggest we do "yoga and stretching" and maybe to get rid of sweat "Shower" at home after our workouts. :)

She isn't as touchy with me in public out of embarrassment but she occasionally squeezes my arm for fun. When we are alone she sort of gets annoyed that my chest seems bigger than hers. I don't try to cut and have six pack abs though, she likes a little baby fat to cuddle with.

Short story: My current girlfriend loves it as opposed to my previous girlfriend who sometimes thought I was doing it to impress someone else. But I can see that there was probably a cultural thing too; where I used to live people were often unhealthy, not focused on a fit lifestyle. And if you were into it like myself, you'd always have to have some kind of excuse, like playing a particular sports. Getting fit for keeping healthy and looking good was somewhat frowned upon, and some people even accused me of being gay!

Eventually I moved to my current place, and my ex and I broke off after a while as a long distance relationship was too hard. Eventually I met my current girlfriend who loves that I'm fit, and people seem to be more into keeping healthy in this place.

She likes to touch and watch, and off bed she likes me to wear tight shirts that accentuates my body.

I have a friend who looks average on the outside but is gorgeous without clothes on. I think that might be one of the reasons - she had such good looking keeping her boyfriends when she was with them. How do I know this? She breastfeeds her baby at my house when its just me and my mother home.
