I have never heard any guys admitting to doing this. Of course, it is something that anyone with a brain would not confess, but they guys who might do this would be those less endowed between the ears. I've never heard girls complain about guys doing this either. Is this question prompted by something that you experienced?
Lots of girls have experienced it at one time or another. Just hard to know if it's intentional or not in some cases.

As a guy I would say that in real life this is not common and pretty creepy.
