Accused of some thing bad by someone who didn’t know the situation. I think she fully assumed that I did something (the person themselves has NEVER accused me of anything). But it’s made me a bit paranoid about being in any kind of situation where I could be accused again. I want cameras etc.
I had a girl I dated “jokingly” claim that “I seduced her against her will” hinted that she might someday mention it to her friends. That was enough to freak me out and I left her alone. I’m really cautious about perception, so I’m not alone with women unless we’re already dating.
The problem is, if you’re dating already, there’s probably going to be some alone time between you two, and probably some intimacy. How you can prove that, say, a hickey or some other sign of intimacy wasn’t forced is really tough, unless you’re on camera or in front of crowds at the time someone accuses. I hope that it never happens to me.

I haven't but have had friends who have been. Also have had women make up stories about inappropriate behavior - lots of friends who have experienced this as well. Lots of ladies fight as dirty as possible and reputation destruction is one of the most common tactics.
