The Song of Solomon (SoS) is regarded as the expression of Jesus' love for his Church or the expression of love between a man and his wife.
Generally Bible Scholars regards SoS Chapter 4 as "The Consummation" because
a) 3:7-11 wrote of the "Wedding March" which concludes with "11 Go forth, O ye daughters of Zion, and behold king Solomon with the crown wherewith his mother crowned him in the day of his espousals, and in the day of the gladness of his heart."
and
b) 5:1 "I am come into my garden, my sister, my spouse: I have gathered my myrrh with my spice; I have eaten my honeycomb with my honey; I have drunk my wine with my milk." Contextually, this means the virgin Bride finally surrenders and allows entry to her sacred part in sexual intercourse.
So how should a "clueless" virgin consummate? The entire SoS chapter 4 gives the answer.
The details are too long to describe verse-by-verse because we are concerned with oral sex here.
Just to keep from taking verses out of context, this is how Solomon foreplay... (The Bride is already undressed)
a) He examines her upper body - hair, teeth, lips, neck, breasts (SoS 4:1-5) and indulge in them. (I shall not go into details)
b) Then he reaches her lower body... 4:6 "Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, I will get me to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense."
There are only two parts of her body that emits strong pungent smell... her anus and her vagina. And this smell contain pheromones that drives a man high "look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions' dens, from the mountains of the leopards".

4:11 "Thy lips, O my spouse, drop as the honeycomb: honey and milk are under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments is like the smell of Lebanon."
This "lips" is not the upper lips because they were already described at (a) above. They are her "lower" vagina lips (which until now had not been mentioned).
The "tongue" is thus not her literal tongue but the clitoris hood, which emits "honey and milk".
In the Bible, the "Promised Land" is said to be flowing with "Milk and Honey", symbolizing fertility and richness of life.
Hence, the "honey and milk" here must mean the region of her fertility and richness of life - her vagina.
Hence the "garments" cannot be any literal clothes she wears because she was already naked. So that must be the pubic hair "covering" her vagina.
Since Solomon can "smell" it as the "smell of Lebanon", his nose must be very close to her pubic hair. This means that his mouth is at her vagina opening, indicating he's giving her cunnilingus.
Also the "drop as the honeycomb" he was tasting means his tongue tasted the "fertility of life", her vaginal emission.
Hence, I conclude that the Bible did mention oral sex as a form of foreplay before intercourse.
