Well as a bi guy, flirting in an attempt to meet someone, male or female is neither sexual assault or harassment. If you said know and they keep on it would be. But how do you expect someone to meet anyone if they can’t approach. That is why I almost always wear a bisexual flag armband when I’m single. But then we get accused of pushing our sexuality down your throats. Honestly, I think y’all just hate anyone LGBT and don’t want them to get laid.

Its not being a bigot to tell someone hitting on you to go the fuck away because you don’t swing that way. But, saying they should be arrested for trying to flirt would probably fall into that category. As a bi guy, I can attest some gay guys go too far and believe you shouldn’t be able to deny them, which is hypocritical, so I understand the frustration. But it is hard for some guys to approach women. It’s considerably harder to approach other men, and there is a lot more stress involved. Because if they are lgbt, you may get rejected. If they aren’t lgbt, they could be polite and just turn you down, or they may go crazy and attack you.

id suggest just politely telling them to go away you aren’t gay. But it doesn’t make you a bigot to not be into guys, or trans folks. Anyone that says it is are bigots themselves.

Simple, a transperson is very likely to tell you that they are trans before things go too far. If you as a man don't want to be with a trans-girl then just tell her that and she'll most likely back off. If she doesn't then yes it is sexual harassment. Just as it would be if you started hitting on a lesbian and she said back off. If you THINK someone you are interested in at the club is trans ask them. If they are they'll most likely say yes and you can be a gentleman and thank them for being honest before walking away.
