My boss wants to sleep with me?

Im in a horrible situation. He is 38 and I am 21. This job is great. I work at a well known, almost famous corporation and he is the president of it. He hit on me twice and i didn't say anytning. The truth is he is very handsome but i would never sleep with a married man. I also am a virgin who dated lots of guys but never had sex. I tried to make it clear i dont wanna sex but he told me im his subordinate and he is the boss. I know. I could leave. But its not an easy decision to make as I know a job like this one doesn't come twice in life. What to do? He is so rude and arrogant and mean to all of us.

  • Call an attorney that'll talk to u for free over the phone. Ask if it's okay to record a conversation like this. Ask if u can file a lawsuit. Once a boy recorded students bullying him. I think it was turned into police and he was in jail. Later he wasn't charged.

If it's okay, get something that's small enough to fit in a pocket. The next time he bugs you record. Tell him you don't what sex.

It's better than hiding a cell phone to record. Your movement can stop the recording. Try to sue him.

  • Are you in the US, UK or Canada? Record him hitting on you, get an attorney and get paid! Not only is it against labor laws, it could destroy his life.

    • Im scared of him. Although he is only 38 he is powerful. It was my fault too. He is handsome. And i let him flirt with me. But i wouldn't have thought it will get this far

    • Asker - Ask him to stop flirting with you. Tell him sorry, you made a mistake for letting him flirt with you. If he continues, do what I said.

    • No, he can't do anything about it. The law is really on your side. What's he going to so, fire you? Get paid, hostile workplace is a big deal.

  • Take your phone into his office with it on record in your pocket discuss your discomfort with his actions/ words about it. If/ when he says more inappropriate things be sure you send the video to a trusted person & let him know later you have that evidence. He needs to leave you he or deal with the consequences of people seeing him try to force employees to sex him up

    • I Agree..

  • Oh shit. That's awful.

Is there an HR department? Can you call HIS lawyer?

Keep a record with dates and times of all of it. Take audio or video if you can.

  • Make a tape recording of him threatening to fire you if you don't sleep with him and then call the police and publish it in online social media. He will get fired and be replaced with somebody who doesn't abuse his power for sex.

  • Is this a large corporation? If so, HR has an obligation to help you stop this hostile workplace. If they won't, EEOC will but I'd tell him you intend to escalate the issue if he doesn't leave you alone first. If he retaliates, go to HR.

  • Talk to a lawyer. This is definitely sexual harassment. But it is a different feather when the harasser is the boss. But that also means a lawsuit would bring in bigger money. But right now it is your word against his.

  • Talk to Human Resources Here, Dear... A Report to be Filed is Very Near. xx

  • You could document all his advances and behaviors, which you should do. Keep saying NO, because if you give in, you will be losing your virginity to your married boss, probably in a hotel room, and then feel worthless, as he goes home to his wife and kids. Expect to be his booty call anytime he wants it.
You will remember the first time for the rest of or your life.
Then if you keep saying no and he fires you, you will have documentation to sue him and the company.
    Think...

  • Yeah you need to collect some hard evidence (inappropriate emails, recorded convos, etc), and take it straight to your HR department. If they don’t do anything, go to the attorney general.

    That’s def out of line.

  • You should report him for sexual harassment and also sue the company for some good money. I´m sure there are attorneys out there who would be most happy to take the case on.

  • People talked about making evidences so its useless to repeat. Now I wanna see from another angel. What's your job? Is it really resume-based job?
    (Yes, I have suggestions)

  • Just quit and find a new job. On the way out you can tell him to kiss your ass in front of the rest of the office!

  • This is so wrong !!! Talk some action

  • Let him smash you silly. Angry sex is fantastic.

Why is this question unnecessarily anonymous?

  • Sounds like you should leave

  • Do it

    • god damn if that is really you on your profile you are gorgeous.

    • But of course it isn't because you grabbed it off of Sophia Diamond's Instagram.

  • how great can the job be if the boss is rude and arrogant?

  • we all have to start somewhere lol

  • Decide what matters most, your job, or your dignity. Are you the kind of person I'd spit on or do you respect yourself?

  • I know you don't want to hear this, but quit the job. No job is worth your self respect. Whatever job God has lined up for you, you will get

  • Go straight to a lawyer with evidence. Do not go to your HR department. Chances are slim of someone in the department willing to take a run at the president of the company. Consult outside legal council. If you need help figuring out a lawyer, contact the Bar Association of the state you live in. Assuming it's the US

  • If your single go for it. Sometimes it's nice to flirt.

  • If he keeps bugging you then report him or let him fire you. At the end of the day at least you still have your dignity in the bag.

As far as the job/money, it comes and goes. You can always find a similar and better job, so don't think "this is a one in a life time job" foolishness especially at your young age of 21.
