I learned about it when I was young but I forgot when exactly nor by who. Could be friends or family but I'd rather say the latter. I have never touched or attacked a man in that area and I never needed to. I would only use it in case of emergency like protecting myself.

That's where you're wrong. We can be hurt too if we were punched down there. It's just unusual that it happens because it is not easy to reach. Breasts can hurt pretty badly too, some women hurt less or more.

I hate it because anyone can get me to do anything by causing me enough pain It is something some women use to their advantage but I never would I found out about it when my brother got hit there playing baseball
