It seems like all women are into that now, or at least want to be treated like that "sometimes".

They're still the vast majority. The number of women who actually WANT to be degraded is quite small. but the number who can PRETEND to like it, for whatever reason, is much larger.

Take a look at the English dictionary - "sub·mis·sion [səbˈmiSHən] - NOUN - the action or fact of accepting or yielding to a superior force or to the will or authority of another person." You would be deluding yourself, or in some form of denial to suggest otherwise. Negotiation or not, submission is about answering to someone else, taking their orders, doing their bidding, being treated as the inferior. That's what makes it submissive. Slaves have tons of responsibility, that's what they're slaves.
