HONEYMOON SEX - Is it better, longer lasting and more lustful if you are a virgin when you marry?

It is said that waiting for sex prior to marriage makes your first sexual encounter more stimulating, more invigorating, more erotic, more eagerly anticipated, more fun, more tantalizing, more sensual and more of everything delightful!

One of my girlfriends was virgin when she got married. She said that the sex was so eagerly anticipated by them both that they went on non-stop for hours, they just couldn't get enough of each other!

Is hers just an isolated incident? ... or is there really anything to this?

I know there are some members that were virgins when you married... please share your experience with this. Is it true? Was it better, you think, than if you had already been having sex before the big day?

I really want to hear what you think, what your experiences where, or those of other couples that you know.

Do you recommend that couples wait if they really want more pleasure out of their first sexual experience? What do you think? ... please share with us?

A. OMG YES! I am so glad that I waited. We could not stop and still remember that day as a landmark in our sexual relationship!

B. BRIDE: Yes, it was nice but because I had never had sex prior, I was sore very soon into it and had to stop. I'm still glad that I waited though

  • I don't know who the quacks are that made those statements about virgin sex on honeymoons. I suspect that they had alternative motives, such as promoting Christian values. Sounds like bullshit to me.

I would imagine a virgin guy busting his nut before he ever got inside.
And I would imagine female virgins being very nervous, even scared. That could make the first time painful for them rather than pleasurable.

On top of that, neither person has any experience so that wouldn't know what to do. How could a sexual encounter between two virgins be more stimulating, more invigorating, more erotic, more fun, more tantalizing, more sensual and more of everything delightful? More than what? What would they have to compare it to?

  • Interesting question as no one can try both ways and tell you the difference. What I can say is the difference is significant when you wait. As you look at your significant other more in a sexual manner after waiting. If you already have slept together the honey moon phase is really over. I remember waking up on my honey moon and literally every where in our room we had sex. It was a blast I will never forget.

    • Ok, so you guys hadn't had sex prior to your honeymoon?

    • No we didn't, we didn't even kiss before our wedding night. Our first kiss was the one we shared at the church during our marriage.

    • OMG! You are just the ones I have been looking for! So it is true then? Virgin sex can be good on the honeymoon then?

  • I’m sure many abstinent couples experience absolute euphoria on the honeymoon night but let’s not forget that not every formulated plan will turn out the same. Humans are too awkward and flawed for that. There are plenty of other people who do the same thing—wait til marriage and have a shitty first time.
Having a good relationship will not 100% guarantee sexual compatibility.

  • I don't know anyone in that case. but if I were a virgin of say, 24, and with my drive, I would probably experience a much longer and lustful experience, just because I had 8 years to look forward and then the anticipation of things to come ;-)

  • Since I'm not a virgin and not yet married, I'm obviously curious about the poll results and to amuse myself with the opinions left behind.

    • I know, huh? ... so far most of the comments are pretty negative, so I am thinking that the narrative I was hoping for is pretty non-existent... lol

    • Lol. Why do find your pics? I like the ones above.

    • I meant "WHERE do you find your pics?"

  • There are just as many anecdotes about women who were so inexperienced on their first night that their honeymoon sex was horrific. I once went to a wedding where the bride didn't want to be alone with the groom that night because she was so awkward and afraid. She kept pleading with her girlfriends to stay up all night. Needless to say, that marriage did not last long.

Men don't care so much anymore if a woman is a virgin, so why should she? If it's for religious reasons, fine. But, in order to heighten anticipation and make sex better? That's a bad bet.

  • We didn't wait and I wasn't a virgin when we met. It hasn't changed our relationship in any way.

  • No i need to test the waters before i put myself in it for the long haul lol

  • My darling is 51 - and still a 'volcano'.
Perhaps the first sex is a special sensation - and memory. But I don't see it related to virginity.

  • I was a virgin when I got married. I've been on gag for more than 2 years and always proudly said about my chastity. The best decision ever.
Hope my daughters will be like me.

  • I am a virgin, but I know several couples who got married when they were still virgins and they had the same experience as your friend

  • My wife didn't want sex on our honeymoon. As you can imagine, that set the stage for our train wreck marriage.

  • I'm never going to know that personally, Laurie !! I can only guess at it, and it's my "belief" that the first time after marriage if you're a virgin, especially if you're BOTH virgins, is going to be one freaking MESS -- a combination of fun, lack of knowledge, frustration, exhilaration, and PERHAPS a sense of "is that what I waited all my life for - really? !! I don't know.

  • It was good.

  • Thats all a lie... you'll probanly end up crying with a busted snatch

  • Virgin always ejaculate earlier.

  • Good question
