I’m shy and embarrassment typically accompanies arousal for me, at least, if that arousal is caused by something my partner has said or done, but I wouldn’t say that it would be sexually arousing to be embarrassed. Embarrassment can enhance preexisting arousal, but it can’t really cause it.

In that case, I would have to say that I'm honestly not sure. Because I guess this would happen if I was having sex with a woman somewhere that wasn't private (or that we thought was private but didn't end up being) and someone walked up and saw us. In real life I'm pretty sure I would be embarrassed because of my position in the community (unless it was somewhere very far from home and the person who spotted us didn't have a camera.). So I probably wouldn't be turned on because the embarrassment would outweigh the excitement. If it happened in a fantasy and I knew it was a fantasy then I very well could possibly be turned on. But all of this is speculation, of course, because this has never happened to me before.
