If balls and penis grew back, would you consider cutting them off? It seems a popular but taboo subject that both sexes have a lot to say about. Lots of guys have issues with theirs and lots of girls seem to be ok or interested in it. Kicking a guy in the nuts isn’t abnormal so would you go the full way for spite or pleasure? Like cutting hair. Temporary and not dangerous.

I would keep mine trimmed up when it isn’t needed or my SO doesn’t want sex or isn’t available. Girls like sex but are often over pressured by men... I think women would be far more apt to solve pushy men problems if it didn’t come with criminal/medical complications.
