Well.. For women... It can depend on if your orgasm is from clitoral or vaginal stimulation. I have experienced both and there's a difference... And if I can get an O from both at the same time.. Its great..
Even more intense when you O the same time as your partner!

Women can also more easily expereince multiple orgasms.. While its quite rare for a man to experience that sensation

Sorry I didn’t vote cause I’m sure of the right one. I don’t know you’d call it shack. But I do at times jault. And I think it just depends on the lead up to orgasm. For instance during masturbation if I edge myself for a while my body does move uncontrollably. But during sex if I’m the one doing the work then it doesn’t happen. But if I’m laying back not moving while getting ridden then it can happen that way
