Does it depend on the guy, is it about how horny the guy is or how long it's been since he had sex?
In my 2 relationships that lasted both guys could last unless I didn't want them to, after orgasm they were ready to go again.
One short relationship no matter what he would cum in less than a minute or two, that's okay if he was ready to go again but he wasn't, he would lay there like he accomplished something without caring how I felt.

It has to do with each one physical condition, health and self control, not everyone is the same in those departments. Someone who does little to no exercise will get tired fast if he/she tries to be dominant in bed, at the same time that person may have more self-control than somebody who is fit, although not the resistance to start a second round.

I think age (which implies physical strength) plays a big part.

My personal example, when I was younger, my girlfriend and I literally fuck 3 to 5 times daily for the first 5 months after we became sexually involved.

I think the man should always give the woman orgasm. Because the man is virtually guaranteed orgasm from penetrative sex he should make the effort to satisfy the woman.

Speaking for myself, I tend to cum quite quickly (in a minute or so) but have learned to compensate by extending foreplay with oral sex, giving the woman an orgasm that way, and also edging during penetrative sex so I don't cum too quickly. It takes experience and patience but is worth it, as after a few minutes the urge to ejaculate straightaway subsides and I can take time to enjoy the closeness of penetration.

As for being ready to go again, if we do it without condom then I find I can get hard again more quickly as the juice from her vagina makes the end of my penis tingly and more easily aroused. Vaginal sex makes my penis feel good and then I want sex again soon afterwards - especially if my own orgasm was good - some orgasms are better than others - for me the best orgasm is in vagina when I can pump deeply and satisfy myself as I cum.
