You are asking men but I'm not sure all women with high sex drives would have similar personalities.
Maybe women who are extroverts might be easier to gauge or women with more partners.
But women who are introverted or faith based women it is harder. This is from listening to other women talk.
I'd say see if they can dance well. Not that they have all the trained step skills but if you are standing in a club with the music going are they fluid, flexible with their movements like with their hips. (this only applies when women are off their period). Women who are able to move well are like men who dance well they tend to have high hormones thus higher sex drive.
You can't necessarily go by the number of partners a woman has had because introverts tend to have less partners but more intense relationships. Or they might have been in long term relationships or abstained for periods of time to find the right partners either because of a personal or religious belief system. Some of those women are white knuckling it through with personal devices so the drive is there but not the partner.
I think if you are around a woman who has high sex drive but it might not be obvious if she is introverted or religious but she'll out herself on occasion. I had a man in a non dating interest group situation ask me had I seen a certain Korean movie and I said yes but I couldn't find the subs for it. First of all, I’m pretty sure 99.9% of guys have a high sex drive😂 They can get aroused very easily and almost immediately. With women, it’s different. Some have low sex drives, some have high sex drives, and some can have low or high sex drives depending on their state of arousal. Even women with high sex drives will never have it as high as guys. We’re just not wired that way.

It’s just been the last two girls. The girl before them was a great match (sexually). The frequency was perfect and she would initiate sex sometimes.
