For me it began with fantasizing about being romantic and intimate. Like deep hugs, cuddling in bed, laughing together, bathing at the beach like a mature couple. Later I began thinking about what it would be like sexually. Making out, seducing, getting naked. Later came standard sexual activity or vanilla sex. And finally ended with hardcore stuff I see in porn. I think that's a normal process. Progressing over time.
