I work in retail and regularly I’m supposed to go back into the dressing rooms to get the clothes that people leave in there. We’re not supposed to go back there if there’s someone using it, obviously, but today I must have missed this guy going back there. So I fling open the curtain and he’s standing there completely naked. My eyes kind of jerked down to his penis before he covered up and he looked super embarrassed when he saw that I saw it. Yeah, I have (excluding family members) a couple of times/people when I was much younger.
Growing up with my older siblings (5+ years older), we had an open door/no knocking to get into one another's bedrooms. Nudity among was like, "whatever".

Sure. I've had female roommates and not all of them were especially concerned about being seen naked. There have been people around the water (boating, water slides, pools) that have lost bathing suits. And one time I was a houseguest and my buddy's wife had forgotten I was staying there for the weekend and walked through from the bathroom to the kitchen for something, buck naked, and then freaked out when she saw me on the couch.
