A hoe or male equivalent does have it frequently, a normal citizen does not.

It is all relative and how people perceive you. Decency dictates that one should not.

It is always how much can you control your hormones and a number just don't want to make the effort to control them and then they are labeled hoe or any other negatively seen attribute.

As for me, I don't lower myself to do something like that. I have way too much self esteem and decency to need to go with strangers.

Also, and contrary to many, I take care of my health and prioritize it over a few muscular contractions. I only have one health and there is no need to jeopardize it with STD/STI.

I am not sure how you define a stranger. But, in the past, I had sex with men that I knew for a short time (less than a week) occasionally (a few times a year).

I was 17 at the time when my brother was talking about one of his friends (who I never seen before) who was 13 (going to turn 14) who was having sex with several hot girls (who loved having sex with him) in his school and a bunch of people in his school wanted to know if he could satisfy me (since I had sex with a lot of guys in my school). He opened the door not expecting to see me and asked what I was doing and I said I'll explain in his room. At his room I sat on his bed while he stood up confused. I asked about his sexual encounters and if he was good at sex and he instantly said yes. I then took off my hoodie and told him 'then think of me as a birthday present and fuck the shit out of me' and he was shocked but agreed quickly and turns out he was pretty good and we went at it for more than an hour. Won't lie but now looking back on it, it was a weird first encounter with him since I had no encounters prior.
