This is shit advice, but after giving birth, while breastfeeding your boobs will grow like two sizes. It's only temporary but as a fellow almost-flat chested, it's a bonus. Please don't take my shit advice and do something about it now, you have plenty of time should you want to bring life into the world. What I wanted to give advice for, even though you did not ask for it, is to love your boobs just the way they are. It's pretty neat being flatchested or nearly so. You never have to worry about saggy boobs when you get older. They will look smashing even though you are 50++ you can wear almost anything. Big chested girls have trouble wearing clothes without flaunting them in peoples faces, and might look heavy if they try covering them up. (No offence to girls with big chests) you and I don't have that problem. Our problem is confidence. Because I didn't have big boobs growing up that affacted my confidence greatly as I felt less like a girl. But the size of your boobs don't determine that. And trust me, there are a lot of big chested girls who'd kill for something small and are very self concious about their boobs. Bottom line. Thankfully we are all different and unique and have plenty other things to bring to the table than boobs.

I dont know about if massaging them makes them bigger.. but if you want to get bigger boobs naturally you can try gaining weight. I've always had kinda big boobs, but when I gain weight they got even bigger. It's the way of things. Surgery is not good, but if you want to be super skinny and have big boobs that are natural, that's usually near impossible. I'm almost a D, but if I could find a way to keep my chest and be 40 pounds less I would be happy with that, oh well. My metabolism sucks. But, you are probably beautiful, dont worry about having big boobs or not. You are lovely either way.

And being practically flat a bad thing? My nieces are 34f breasts at 21 and complaining they are sagging, fake breasts look ridiculous on slender bodies plus are hard as rocks...

Boobs naturally grow and Change over time, for example becoming pregnant and breast feeding does increase the size of your breasts.
However it might be more important to question why or wheather you want bigger breasts.
Boobs are very sensitive and while massaging them or stroking them can feel nice, over doing it can become painful.
There is an enormous amount of pressure on young girls to become sexualized as soon as possible, for example Google young boys and girls swim suits.
Boob size as a sign of attractiveness or maturity is concerning because there will naturally be a huge difference between individuals. It's possible massaging them could cause them to expand, but I would doubt that and question whether you should. If people only like you for the size of your tits, then they don't truly care about you. If your boobs can change their opinion of you, then it's not really about you, it's about your breasts.

A lot of girls have small boobs when younger. Most of the time, they get larger with time. If they don't, there are many guys who like small boobs. The girl makes the boobs, not the other way around. If a guy likes you, he will like your boobs. If all it takes for a guy to not be interested in you, is small boobs. then he's a pretty shallow guy, and not someone to be in a relationship with anyway.

Well your still young and your body's probably still developing. Your boobs will change over the years due to a number of different factors such as exercise, pregnancy, etc.. Massaging them isn't gonna do anything. Just be proud of what you've got

Don't worry about it sweetie. Big boobs VS small boobs is something which men are very divided on, some love the small ones and are turned off by large ones, some like the opposite, others like me enjoy the middle ground. I had a friend in high school who went after a girl solely because she had cute, perky boobs that weren't too big for him.

Yes, there are many ways to do it. But you have to be willing to put in the time and effort, and get to know your body and your period cycle. I would be happy to point you in the right direction
