I've always suspected something fishy between her and this guy friend but I wanted to share this to get others' opinions.

So, the other day, I came home from work and found these two working on our washer and dryer set. I noticed immediately that she wore a really low top and she has DDD boobs. She sometimes wears low-cut tops but this one was really low. This guy has no car so she has to go pick him and drive him over. He was drinking a beer and she wasn't drinking anything. Anyhow, we hung out for another 15min or so before she had to take him home and, during that time, I noticed her adjusting her top twice, like pulling it up like how girls do when they realize that their tops are too low and their tits are falling out.

After she dropped him off, I could smell alcohol on her breath when she came back.

Should I be worried? In the least, I feel like she's being very disrespectful to our relationship.

I think she wears low-cut tops to get him to come over and help her fix things and then they both drink too. That's seems like a perfect recipe for cheating.

Because I don't know much about washers and dryers. But he's come over before to help around with other projects. Like one time, he came over to help her mud/sand the walls of her rental unit and paint.
