It very much does, if you are interesting in sexual intercourse with a normal sized 'object' it's fine, but in a lot of cases where it is too big, the friction can actually cause swelling and stretching of the labia minora with can cause that "outie" look. The vagina is literally made to have sex, sex will not damage your vagina. The labia are also not the part that stretches when you’re having sex, they have nothing to do with it. The only natural thing that can very much influence the appearance of your labia is childbirth, and that makes sense since that often causes the vagina to tear. The stretching that you are talking about is done by muscles. Your pelvic muscles can be trained so you’re not damaging anything it is just like other muscles in your body changing shape depending on what you use them for. An outie vagina is more common than an innie and that is completely natural because you can’t change your labia without surgery. And yes, I will tell you to go educate yourself because you clearly have no idea what you’re talking about and that means you shouldn’t be talking.
